Figaro Labs, Forward-Deployed: We Build Your Workflows In Figaro

The second motion: Figaro Labs embeds as a forward-deployed team and builds your workflows inside your own Figaro instance — you keep the instance, the record, and the sovereignty. Engagement-priced, commerce-first, and yours to run when we step back.

Most people who run Figaro do it themselves: they hire the seats, conduct the Orchestra, and keep the one gate. This page is about the other way in. Some teams do not want to assemble the workflows — they want them built, correctly, inside a system they will own. For them, Figaro Labs deploys forward.

We build your workflows in Figaro — for you

A small Figaro Labs team embeds and stands the operation up inside your Figaro instance: the seats that fit your business, the connectors to your real data, the gates on the consequential few, and a measurement plan born with every action. We do not run a service off to the side and email you reports. We build the machine where you can see it, on the append-only record you keep.

You keep the instance, the record, and the sovereignty

The engagement runs on infrastructure you own. Your credentials live in your vault; the agents are born without them. The decision record is yours — exportable, inspectable, portable, not welded to us or to any one model. When the build is done, we hand over the baton: you conduct, and the company’s brain stays with the company. The forward-deployed motion ends with you holding a running instance, not a dependency on us.

Engagement-priced, commerce-first

This is the shape of a forward-deployed team — an initial build plus ongoing management and software — so it is priced to the engagement rather than published as a per-seat number. The self-serve product stays flat and public; this is the second door. Figaro is commerce-first, and we also embed and build for teams whose operations rhyme with it: many decisions, real money, a record that has to hold up under scrutiny.

Start the conversation

Tell us where you are and what you want built. If a forward-deployed engagement is the right shape, we’ll take it from there.

A real reply from a person, not a drip sequence.

Questions founders ask

What is the forward-deployed motion?
Most operators run Figaro themselves — hire the seats, conduct the work, keep the one gate. The forward-deployed motion is the other way in: Figaro Labs embeds as a small team and builds your workflows inside your own Figaro instance for you — the seats, the connectors, the gates, the measurement plans — then hands you the conductor’s baton. You are not buying a black-box service; you are buying a running instance you can operate and audit after we step back.
Who owns the instance and the data?
You do. The engagement runs on your own Figaro instance: your credentials in your vault, your append-only record, your gate held by your people. When the build is done the company’s brain is yours — exportable, inspectable, portable. That is the whole point of the forward-deployed shape: we leave, and you keep the machine, not a dependency.
What does it cost?
It is engagement-priced against the scope of the build plus ongoing management and software — the shape of a forward-deployed team, not a per-seat subscription. Because scope varies, pricing is set in conversation rather than published. The self-serve product stays flat and public; the forward-deployed motion is the second door for teams that want the workflows built for them.
Is this only for commerce?
Figaro is commerce-first — that is where we live and where verdicts land in two weeks — and the forward-deployed motion is strongest where the work is measurable and the decisions are consequential. We also embed and build for teams whose operations rhyme with commerce: many decisions, real money, a record that has to hold up. If your operation fits that shape, the conversation is worth having.
